Kevin M. Walsh is a senior associate with the firm. He concentrates his practice in landlord-tenant law and general civil litigation involving areas such as contracts and insurance defense matters. Particularly well known for his landlord-tenant law expertise, he has tried hundreds of summary process cases for property management companies in various district and housing courts throughout Massachusetts. He has also represented property managers in a variety of other issues involving discrimination claims, sanitary code violation problems and contract claims. Mr. Walsh has lectured and published articles on many landlord-tenant topics. He is active in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and charitable organizations involving his local parish, Special Olympics of Massachusetts and a spina bifida support group. He has coached youth sports and is a member of the South Shore Camera Club. In practice since 1982, Mr. Walsh earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Notre Dame. He is a serious amateur photographer and has published numerous articles and photographs.
